Transportation will be provided throughout your trip, beginning with airport pickup upon arrival and ending with airport drop off for your departure.
Accommodations are chosen based on location, cleanliness, and family- friendly hotels. Rooms are assigned by hotels independently, but accommodations can be requested on your behalf. Please specify accommodation needs when booking your tour.
All exploration tours, guides, and admission fees are covered in the tour price as explained in your tour itinerary.
We work with restaurants who understand Muslim and vegetarian dietary restrictions. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to switch places or menu. Meals will be communicated by tour director.
On all tours, leisurely walking is a part of the trip. For tours where more than average walking may be required, the itinerary should note that some additional periods of walking or climbing may be required. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking.
Our tour directors and support staff espouse our greatest value to you, bringing attention to detail and meeting your needs to ensure a great experience. We are here to oversee the best experience with hotels, meals, exploration attractions, and day to day activities. Our tour director and support staff assist you from the moment you arrive at the airport until you finish your tour and departs to your home country. The Tour Director greets you at the hotel, stands in line for your tickets, arranges meals, translates for you, and provides local knowledge.
Discounts for children may be available when accompanied by an adult based on hotel and sightseeing age and accommodation polices. Ask about child special discount when making your reservation.
If you require wheelchair access during your tour, please make that request when you make your reservation.
Individual requests must be made at the time of booking. Requests such as non-smoking room, special dietary needs, adjoining rooms, handicap accessible or other room types are subject to confirmation and cannot be guaranteed.
ZAdventuro Tours, Inc. reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos on any of its tours and to use such records for promotional and/ or commercial purposes.
All tours will operate as scheduled unless it is cancelled by our office. We will call to advise if a tour is cancelled. Weather situations, which are beyond our control, while a tour is already underway, will be taken care first to ensure your safety and wellbeing and to include as much of the original tour as possible. In the event a weather delay forces the extension of a tour, additional lodging (hotel and Food) expense will be the responsibility of the passenger.
It is the individual’s responsibility to take flight for destination booked in their itinerary. ZAdventuro Tours cannot be held responsible if you do not arrive on time (no matter what the reason) and miss the flight, Connecting Flight or Tours. We take pride to be on the schedule and must depart on time. There will be NO REFUND for no shows on a trip; so be sure you allow enough time to get to the tour start location on time.
if you use a credit card while in a foreign country, you will receive the current rate of exchange, without the aggravation of having to exchange the amount you need into foreign funds. (An exchange fee may be charged – call your credit card company.)
While ZAdventuro will make every effort to protect and secure your personal belongings, ZAdventuro Tours expressly denies responsibility for these items. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers’ belongings.
In common with other tour companies, ZAdventuro Tours Inc., acts solely as agent for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, and other providers of travel services, and therefore, ZAdventuro Tours Inc does not assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay due to any act or default of any company or person engaged in transporting the passengers or rendering any other travel service. The itineraries shown in this brochure are planned at this time but are subject to revisions should circumstances make such changes necessary. ZAdventuro Tours Inc reserves the right to decline, to accept, or retain any person as a member of any tour, or to cancel or alter any tour if circumstances require it. No refunds will be made any other part of the tour not utilized such as meals, sightseeing any other activity not utilized. Payment of a deposit will indicate acceptance of all herein mentioned features and conditions by the purchaser.
Approximately five days prior to departure, you will receive final tour information confirming amount paid and All the information related to the tour.
ZAdventuro Tours Inc. invites groups of all sizes to join on with any of our listed tours. For groups of 15 or more, a special pick-up and Drop off to or from Airport in Home country. This can be arranged with little extra cost. Please contact our office staff for more detail.
